A Thank You

To all the kind and supportive commenters on this blog, the letters, e-mails, and card senders - thank you.  Your cards now sit on a chest in my living room.  It warms my heart to know that so many are rooting for me to get an answer or just simply get out of pain.  

For everyone else that finds this blog while searching for their own answers...we're searching together...and somehow I think that makes the search a little easier.
